About the position

In the role of project manager, you will work closely with the entire project organization, both with your own team and the client's. It is essential to build trust with the client from the start, which is achieved through good progress, order, and clear communication.

The project manager has overall responsibility for the project regarding progress, follow-up, and results. Additionally, the project manager receives support with planning and follow-up from what we call stream leads and solution architects within the project.

”Today, I spend much more of my time ensuring that the team has the right conditions in place to perform their area of expertise and collectively steer us towards the goal. It is crucial to be listening and coaching, whether it concerns resource shortages, new sub-projects, changes in scope, or timelines. Challenges need to be managed on time, within budget, and with quality.” - Johan states.

In this role, you will initially focus on implementation projects but will continue to work long-term with clients and drive change projects and continuous improvement efforts.

We are looking for you who:

• Currently work in a project management role within ERP and have experience working with a delivery commitment to clients for at least 3 years.
• Have a coaching leadership style and excel at elevating others' performances.
• Are structured and have a clear process-oriented mindset with a strong interest in operations, business processes, and flows.
• Are great at communication and easily build trust and adapt to the audience. Since you will work both internationally and nationally, it is essential that you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.

We have an agile project methodology that you will both work according to and develop together with your project manager colleagues. Of course, it is also an advantage if you have a background in Dynamics 365 F&SCM or F&O and AX as it was called in earlier versions, but you may also come from other ERP systems (for example, NAV/Business Central, Jeeves, M3, Visma, IFS, SAP).

The practical details

Start: As soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period to consider.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are flexible and aim for arrangements that work for all parties.

Location: At one of our central offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Halmstad, Jönköping, Växjö, or Helsingborg. Travel is a natural part of the role.
